We celebrated our 47th anniversary at Quality Inn & Suites Galveston and couldn't be happier. The friendly staff provided us with a beautiful room overlooking the beach. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring amazing waffles and all-day coffee. The indoor pool and nearby outdoor pool added to our fantastic stay!

Cleanliness was a significant issue. The first room had a moldy odor and dirty carpets. Housekeeping didn't prepare it properly. after addressing my concerns, the staff quickly moved me to a much better room. That one was clean and refreshing. The view from the balcony was stunning, enhancing the overall experience. I appreciated the friendliness of the breakfast staff; they were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a delightful treat. The location is ideal, and I found the price quite reasonable. communication from some front desk personnel could improve. A little attentiveness goes a long way. The potential here is clear, but execution needs refinement.

Had a great city break by the water, just a hop away from the beach! Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome morning breakfast to start the day off right. Super comfy beds for a good night's sleep. Perpendicular rooms provide a budget-friendly option, and you can still catch the coastal breeze. Convenient location for quick beach access.

The little balcony provided a pleasant spot for enjoying the view, though the ocean view I expected was not as advertised. Staff, especially Dodie, were friendly and helpful, making dining recommendations that hit the mark. the breakfast was chaotic-one person trying to handle the crowd. Parking was tight, and traffic outside was heavy. The pool looked uninviting, and I did notice a few maintenance issues. Just when I thought it was going well, I unexpectedly found a cockroach in the room. That definitely overshadowed the positives. Good value for a beach visit, but a few tweaks could make it a lot better.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was pleased to find that the maintenance service was top-notch. When I encountered an issue with my room's door lock, I called the front desk, and maintenance arrived promptly with a smile on his face. He fixed the problem efficiently, despite having to go back multiple times for a new key card due to my cell phone causing interference. On the downside, I did notice some cleanliness issues in the room. There was leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest, and I even found an Advil pill on the bathroom floor. the shower head was loose and couldn't be adjusted properly, which was a bit inconvenient. The bed in my room was quite uncomfortable, and the furniture appeared outdated. The office chair had peeling leather, which wasn't very appealing. The coffee maker was also dirty, and the coffee itself didn't taste great. There were some maintenance issues with doors and the elevator, which made my 8-year-old feel uneasy. One positive aspect was the quick response from the cleaning staff when they realized my room hadn't been cleaned upon arrival. I was surprised that they didn't offer subsequent cleaning during my four-day stay. Thankfully, I had my cleaning products with me, so it wasn't a major inconvenience personally. while the maintenance service was commendable, there were cleanliness and comfort issues that detracted from my overall experience. I hope the hotel management can address these issues to improve the guest satisfaction levels in the future.

Thank you for not watching CNN and allowing guests to enjoy their vacation! The location of this hotel is perfect, right by the ocean and close to everything you want to see. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making sure your stay is comfortable. The pancake maker is a game-changer, serving up delicious pancakes in minutes. And don't forget the refreshing cucumber or citrus-infused water available all day. this hotel served my needs perfectly at a very affordable rate.

The TV viewing in the main sitting area could've been better. The continuous news channel playing felt like the management's political view was being pushed onto the guests.

After hitting up Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston, we were living for those crazy water slides! Then we chilled on lazy river rides - total vibe! The location was clutch, close to all the action!
